You need PM to help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried transferring my old Koodo number to Public Mobile today. I replied YES to the Koodo confirmation text, but the system said there was a problem transferring my number. My SIM now shows SOS only.
