I actually thought I was addressing their CS agent directly (I have reached out directly now).&lt;BR /&gt;The issue still persist...Your suggestion won't work for me because I can't do the initial setup of the phone without a sim/esim (Can't get to the point of installing an app)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
