    <description>&lt;P&gt;That phone number is the correct number used by both Koodo and Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Try them again, if not you have to wait for the reply to your ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I heard, not sure if it will work for you, but you can try. If you press 1 on your keypad for the original missed SMS, it will send you the confirmation again. You would have to put back your SIM card if you removed/disabled already.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Phone number for porting team</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm looking to port out my number to another provider and had initiated the request but I missed the 90 minute windows to respond to the SMS (I did reply but an hour or so late). My new provider said that Public Mobile has canceled the request, even though I never got the 4 additional attempts that the chatbot said I would.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The SMS also indicated a number to call but that turned out to be Koodo Mobile's port out process and I wasn't able to log in with my Public Mobile account to initiate a callback.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a Public Mobile number I can call to help? I created a ticket yesterday through this system but haven't gotten any replies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
