      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, my husband lost his phone. He's going to have to order a new SIM I guess. The problem is, when I log into his public account, it says that it is going to send a code to his phone, which then is inputted into the computer. The problem is, you can't get a code from a lost phone and I can't go any farther into account unless I put a code in. Any suggestions on how to access the account or does he need to order a new SIM and change his phone number? Thanks for any help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
