You will need to send a private message to a Moderator_Team and ask them to change it for you! Make sure you are using the same email in Community as in your Self-Serve account, so that rewards earned applied correctly.

In your message, please provide your name, Public Mobile account number or phone number and PIN.

You cannot. Just delete the email addrss associated with your current account and create a brand new one.

FYI, there is a possibility to change username through Moderators_Team.
