      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I need to cancel the eSIM that I requested for a physical sim because I will not be able to download the app for a period of time. Unless there is a different way of getting the eSIM activated, I’ll need a physical sim or cancel my subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you already paid for eSIM I doubt you will be able to get refund (or cancel order) or exchange for physical SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask agent for details but be ready to pay twice...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
