I have a Canada, US, Mexico plan , and I am planning a holiday to Florida in a couple of weeks , what do I need to do to be able to use my phone for calls and texting , I will use data when I have wifi

First, go to this link and confirm phone will work fully with the pm network.

when you're down there, make sure data roaming is turned on. if you have problems, you can go into carrier settings and turn off automatic and choose a network there.

Just know, when you get to the US you will get a text saying you need to pay for service. ignore it as you have the CA US MX plan.

What phone you have now?

Make sure you enable Mobile Data Roaming when you are in US and make sure the phone connects to one of T-Mobile/ AT&T / Verizon
