If you switch from physical sim to eSIM, the $5.00 charge is legit.

The free is if you where changing from eSIM to eSIM.

Hello Public Mobile Team,
I recently switched from physical SIM card to eSIM by following the steps in Public Mobile app. Everything is working now. For the eSIM purchase cost ($5+tax), will that be reimbursed because I'm an existing Public Mobile customer? I got conflicting answers when seaching it online. Please help me to clarify. Thanks!
