Did you reply to the confirmation text from Speakout that you are porting over to PM?

You can dm a CS_Agent and they will get back to you tomorrow after 9:00am EST.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

I’m trying to switch from Speakout to Public Mobile, I can phone out on Public Mobile but incoming coming calls still seem to be going Speakout because I’m getting a message that my voicemail is not set up and I did set it up on public mobile. I’m asl getting a message that the chat isn’t available at this time so I can’t enter a ticket.

I think I’ve discovered the problem. I contacted Speakout and they are using my IEMI2 number and I gave Public Mobile my IMEI1 number. Now if I can only get an PB agent to answer my call for help. Not an easy thing to do

It will work but some members indicated they ran into porting issues.
