It never connects. I have unlimited Canada/us/mexico and have enough data. So not sure what I can do

it is a common issue for many accounts for the past couple weeks if not month

try reboot phone and call again

if same, ask PM support agent to fix it on the system.

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
