I have transferred my old iPhone 12 to my new iPhone 17. Both have eSims installed but I have no cellular connection (SOS)l on the new phone ...just the iPhone 12. Is this because PM will not support 2 phones at the same time. How to I initiate connection on the iPhone 17?

If you are already using a Public Mobile eSIM, when you request a new eSIM, we automatically identify you as an existing eSIM user and waive the replacement fee, provided you meet certain conditions.

To qualify for a fee waiver when transitioning between eSIMs, you must meet the following criteria:
     * The current Public Mobile eSIM must be actively installed in the device you’re transferring from.
     * The eSIM must have been purchased at least 15 days prior to the new request.

Then you just download the app and re purchase the eSIM on your new iPhone 17, which you've already done. Then you just go into your SIM settings and turn that line on and reboot the phone.
