      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you just ported your line with PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you able to receive incoming calls from anyone other than the intercom?&amp;nbsp; It sounds to me that this is a stuck port&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What phone do you have? do you have trouble receiving calls other than from the intercom?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and the phone number has an area code same as building?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/315355"&gt;@pwradar51&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Telus is refarming all of their 850 to 10 MHz LTE B5 in their markets, mainly BC, AB, Windsor, Ottawa, GTA area Montreal, Quebec City.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Bell has not done this, so it won't affect area that has Bell networks which Telus/PM use&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you phone has VoLTE and is compatible with PM VoLTE, you shouldn't be impacted at all.&amp;nbsp; Check here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if your phone is not not on PM's VoLTE whitelist, and if your phone has only 850 Band 5 on the phone but lacks 1900 Mhz, if your phone were bought from another country, or an imported model, then you might be impacted with no 3G voice service at all&lt;BR /&gt;On the other hand,&amp;nbsp; if the phone has 1900 Mhz,&amp;nbsp; or it is a Canadian/US model,&amp;nbsp; it likely won't be impacted as much but the voice calls quality might still degraded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/850-turndown" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/850-turndown&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/315355"&gt;@pwradar51&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung A70 is not a phone that can use PM's Voice over LTE, it is still using 3G for voice calls.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So you will start getting worse voice calls experience.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It is best to upgrade your phone to a more modern one that will work with PM's VoLTE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/315355"&gt;@pwradar51&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note, you will need to upgrade your phone very soon as 3G will no longer be available in Canada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;As you mentioned, you can still receive calls, just not from the intercom. A few things. Add the intercom number to your contact list. Then, open the phone app, tap on the three dots which is more options, select settings and then tap on the blocked numbers to view or edit the list. Make sure the number wasn't accidently blocked. Also, you may want to turn off "block unknown callers" as a trial and error. That was an issue with my phone is I had that on and it was blocking my intercom.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
