You can change your Public Mobile phone number through your account's online self-serve portal or the app by navigating to the "My Profile" section and selecting "Change Phone Number". You can change your number up to four times every 30 days, and the change is typically instant.

Honestly, not much you can do. However, if you go through the app store there might be apps that you can download to assist with that. But, I wouldn't really expect them to be too effective.

Nothing. Absolutely Nothing.
Even changing number will not do you any good as they will get you again.

Do not pick up calls from number you do not recognize. Those who need and know you for real will leave voice mail.
Blocking spammers' number is waste of time as their number is spoofed.

Try download the Truecaller app on your phone to minimize spam callers.
