      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I subscribed to Public Mobile with a new Physical SIM card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its been more than an hour and my SIM is still not activated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How long does it usually take to activate the SIM card after purchasing a package?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
