Please first open the Public Mobile account with a new phone number.

Ater that, you will need the heIp of a Public Mobile customer support agent. I have escalated this and you can expect the user CSA_PM to contact you in the morning.

I chose a temporary number and my PM account is activated - please let a customer service agent call me to complete the Koodo prepaid number transfer to PM
