    <description>&lt;P&gt;It won’t process my payment I have checked my banking and everything is fine on that end, it has processed my payments before for 7 months and now it won’t, when it went to process the payments at the start of the month when it renews but there were insufficient funds but now that there is sufficient funds it won’t process&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not then dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manual payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also login to your account and check to see if Subscribe (AutoPay) is enable for future payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything looks fine then contact a CS_Agent to get them to fix the issue.
