1-800 numbers

For some reason, my phone will not let me call 1-800 numbers or 1-866 numbers, it just says the number you’ve called is not in service. Please check the number and try your call again. But as soon as I dial the exact same number from a different phone it works no problem. It seems like there’s some kind of block on allowing me to call these numbers? Anyone have any advice?

@LukeS552 Yes many have had this issue , you need to engage support and they can help refresh your account so you can make those calls

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
