Log into your self serve account. Select the plan you like under "change plan", you will have the choice of changing immediatley, forfeiting any remaining services you might have on your current plan, or future date the change to your renewal date.

Just incase you were unaware, the $20 plan is unlimited "Province-wide" talk and not "Canada-wide".

As mentionned by others, be aware that the 20$ plan is only unlimited PROVINCE WIDE calling, and not Canada Wide. If you frequently cross between two provinces or make a lot of calls to people in other provinces, consider going up to a 30$ plan that includes unlimited CANADA WIDE calling instead.

I know this is a big issue for people living in Ottawa, which is basically connected to Gatineau but Gatineau is in Quebec. That's why Canada-Wide is a must for me.
