      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I did the new IOS update, my iMessage and FaceTime is not working. It say my iMessage is unable to activate. I’ve tried turning the toggle off and restarting my phone but that’s not working. Also, the loading symbol is beside my phone number on Messages but it doesn’t activate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
