iMessage not activating

Hello,

After I did the new IOS update, my iMessage and FaceTime is not working. It say my iMessage is unable to activate. I’ve tried turning the toggle off and restarting my phone but that’s not working. Also, the loading symbol is beside my phone number on Messages but it doesn’t activate.

To reset iMessage and FaceTime, first turn off both features in the Settings app, then restart your device, and finally turn them back on. For persistent issues, try signing out and back into your Apple ID, checking your phone number in the "Send & Receive" settings, or resetting network settings as a last resort.

open the settings of your iphone; get to Apps > Messages...then make certain iMessage is enabled with the correct phone number.

Reboot phone first.
