      <title>Text messages to Bell subscriber</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Noticed this problem started on Oct 8/25.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Texting with anyone else in my contacts works normally, but attempted texting with my coworker not working properly. I receive all the messages that he sends to me, but he does not receive any messages that I send to him. He is also not experiencing this problem with anyone else, and he is a Bell Mobility customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did try all that, it wasn't a problem with my device or his. We could call each other, he just wasn't getting my texts. I tested earlier today and the issue is resolved. I did submit a service ticket yesterday and they must have addressed this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
