Why cant I make a phone call to any of my contacts that are with Rogers network?

you should be able to call most any Cdn number. Is this issue something new or has it been like this before ? Can you manually dial the contact rather than using dial assist ?

Its a new issue. My other contacts work just not my contacts with rogers. I tried putting number in but still doesnt work. Just says 8b1 when i try to call

Conduct a Network reset on your phone and reboot your phone.
