Thanks. Was just frustrating because I couldn’t log into my account via app or website to confirm. Seems to be a glitch

Both website and app are down today as well (January 7, 2026) - they both show a message about maintenance on March 4-5 (?!). I need to mark my phone as lost but cannot reach anyone. Please help.
