      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/465535"&gt;@cumman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Anyone else you know that are on Telus/Koodo/Public Mobile network and working fine? If they also have issues, then likely TELUS network problem. If you are the only one with the issue, try using your sim on a different phone and see if that works. If it does, then something might wrong with your phone? Have you tried changing cellular settings to LTE/5G?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have multiple friends are using Public Mobile. They all say lately they have a poor reception. We are all in Vancouver area but different locations. I did try switching to lte , same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
