      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 8gb data for 24$/month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I received an SMS message by public for 4GB 25$/month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My finger clicked the YES autosuggested by my phone by mistake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not want to go from 8gb 24$/month to 4GB 25$/month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help! Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don't miss out on this limited time offer on a 4G subscription plan. Reply YES to get a 4G 4GB plan for only $25/month. This offer will be added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Yes" by mistake&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Thank you. Your new subscription plan will be added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have submitted a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You won't see the pending change until after 1 or 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 2 days, click on the Payment tab and you will see it and the ability to cancel it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to check mine and it took a long time to present itself. I had to switch back and forth between the various tabs under Overview; payments, rewards, payment. When I went back to the Subscribed and Add-ONS tabs, it was there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not very user friendly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
