Did you just switch? Check in the app and see if it's available and change to it. set it to change on renewal . If it's not there you. Can't get it as some plans are for new clients. The plan may have come out after you sign up.

Hi,

after I switched to PM, I noticed that there is another plan with the same features but more data. Same price. It looks great, but there might be something I missed. Same price, more data ... that leaves me unsure. What am I missing?

It happens.

If you were only using Change on Renewal to schedule the change and the change not active yet, you can cancel the original change request and choose the other plan

If the plan was changed already and you still see the other plan there on your Change Subscription page, you can schedule another plan change on next renewal using Change on Renewal option
