    <description>&lt;P&gt;I turned on call forwarding temporarily to a secondary number. Now it won't deactivate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have tried all the short codes (##002# etc.) and the message says that call forwarding has been successfully deactivated.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have looked at my iOS settings, which show that call forwarding is off.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have turned call forwarding on, then off again&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;All to no avail. My calls still go to my secondary number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this something that needs to be fixed on the network end?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Which settings are you referring to? Call forwarding comes with our plans so I don’t see it as an add on that I can remove and re-add.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
