    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a message from Public today saying that my account had 10 minutes left on it.&amp;nbsp; When I logged in, everything was paid and up to date.&amp;nbsp; I still have phone, but no data at all.&amp;nbsp; The website/help bot has been less than helpful.&amp;nbsp; I've been a customer for around 7 years, and I use preauthorized bank withdrawals to pay.&amp;nbsp; It should be noted that today was the first day of the next billing cycle for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this issue?&amp;nbsp; Is there a working link to contact a support rep?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have had this issue for the last 3 or 4 cycles. And this time, it happened in a week's time. I have an 80GB plan and PM sent a text message saying we have used 75% already (in 1 week). There is no way that has happened! Any suggestions??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
