After change #, the old number will be deleted? Will the monthly Plan be effected or stay the same?&lt;BR /&gt;3. and I can use the New # instantly?&lt;BR /&gt;4.Any extra Fee of Change #?&lt;BR /&gt;5. should I power OFF my phone, during Change # ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/599360"&gt;@Jo-Jo778&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. no new sim card needed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. old number will be back to PM or the original provider who owns the number.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Monthly plan will stay same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Yes, just reboot the phone and it will work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. no fees, you can change 4 times every 30 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. no need power off during the change, just need to reboot phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can make the number change by going to My Account, then Profile, and click the pencil besides phone number to change&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the number is changed, you need to login My Account to update the 2FA number.&amp;nbsp; Login My Account, the system will still try to send the 2FA to your old number.&amp;nbsp; No worries, click Didn't receive code and then select Send email to get the code.&amp;nbsp; After login, go to Profile, then Manage EverSafe ID and&amp;nbsp; update the phone number there to your new number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have TWO questions &lt;STRONG&gt;about Change New phone number&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, I still have some trouble after change the new phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there any Expert can help me?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After choosing the new number, I click ‘Save Changes’.&lt;BR /&gt;check My Account/Profile, my current number is the New one that I just changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;also, I can call out and receive call with the New phone number.&lt;BR /&gt;my new number works, and it shows on receiver's phone screen. (which is good)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. but&lt;/STRONG&gt;, even I &lt;STRONG&gt;restart&lt;/STRONG&gt; my phone, and check &lt;STRONG&gt;my cell phone/settings/SIM card/Phone Number&lt;/STRONG&gt;, that shows the &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;OLD number.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. on the other, when I login&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;EverSafe&lt;/STRONG&gt; page, I try to Update/Change Mobile Number with the New one. and click "Confirm" button.&lt;BR /&gt;It shows the message as bellow:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;Changing your number means any future confirmation codes for two-step authentication will be sent to this new number.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please use a unique phone number.&lt;BR /&gt;and there is a link &lt;U&gt;Remove&lt;/U&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;===========&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;What should I do? could you please help me?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Thank you&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
