      <description>&lt;P&gt;While on a trip, I received a message that my gigs were getting low. I requested 1 extra gig for the month, however I was charged for 3!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I get reimbursement for the other 2. Therefore I want to pay $15, not the extra $30)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
