      <title>[Urgent]Data is not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I was out of country for one month and just came back putting my SIM card back on. However, my mobile data isn’t working, even though calls and texts are fine and I have data on my plan. My cell phone is IPhone 14 and had no issue with data one month ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve already tried:&lt;BR /&gt;Resetting network settings&lt;BR /&gt;Re-inserting the SIM&lt;BR /&gt;Restarting the phone&lt;BR /&gt;Updating carrier settings&lt;BR /&gt;Editing the APN (it keeps switching back to isp.mb.com instead of sp.mb.com&lt;BR /&gt;Nothing has worked. Please check my account and SIM provisioning — I’m paying for data I can’t use and need this resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/599976"&gt;@Vic77&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have a travel eSIM still installed? &amp;nbsp;If so, delete the eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have been reported issues with data earlier this week, but supposedly it was fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try to escalate your post to CSA_PM and hopefully, should respond within 30 minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
