      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I bought a new device and want to transfer my eSIM to it while keeping my phone number. I know that eSIM transfer is not supported yet, but I can’t buy the new esim on the app as recommended by agents. It doesn’t show option to buy eSIM at all.       <description>&lt;P&gt;What phone is that?&amp;nbsp; Try uninstall PM app and reinstall&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that still not give you an eSIM option, ask PM to check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)       <description>&lt;P&gt;iPhone 16. Now the option to buy a new eSIM for $5 shows up. But my only concern is will I be able to keep my old phone number with the new eSIM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The system will transfer your account to the new eSIM including your number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
