It seems to be a glitch in the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best to login to check if your account is active and not suspended or call 1-855-4PUBLIC on the status of your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check to see if your CC hasn’t expired on file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got this message as well (every month for 4 months) on my actual renewal day. It’s seems to be a system place holder to show a payment is upcoming. &amp;nbsp;As long as your services are working you’re in good shape. &amp;nbsp;The alert will disappear when your auto-payment goes through. Nothing for you to worry about. &amp;nbsp;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
