I purchased 300 international add on but calls to Nigeria aren't going through.

Sorry, but Nigeria cannot be called using Public Mobile services and this calling destination is not included in any of the add-on packages.

I once had international call bonuses which I had used to call Nigeria on my public mobile; That's two or three years ago though!

Is Public Mobile currently not able to make international calls to Nigeria?
If no, how do I resolve this calls not going through, please?

Sorry, but there's nothing to resolve as the service just isn't offered. Calling Nigeria should never have worked on Public Mobile services and it has never been included. You'll need to use anorher service to make these phone calls.
