      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switched from $15 plan to $18 today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wthin minutes of first using the phone, I received a text saying I have used 95% of my data quota (1 GB)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone shows 255 kb used. Account shows 0.10/1GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's going on?&amp;nbsp; TIA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
