    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/507505"&gt;@Karan373&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those codes are targeted to specific customers and their phone numbers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other customers with different phone number are unable to use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to activate via the PM app or the website?&amp;nbsp; If the website, there are caching issues.&amp;nbsp; Might want to clear cache first, incognito mode or different web browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
