    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I just help my friend with this situation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My friend activated account on October 1st and transfer her old number to public, she received the message from old account and replied with Y, everything went fine but now that number is seem off cause we make a call its went direct to voice mail, what can she do now?       <description>&lt;P&gt;She reply Y right away and old sim still in the phone because she activated Esim on public mobile and the number she port its from rogers company&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then make PM eSIM the primary SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might need to reboot aftewards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
