      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/594961"&gt;@Davidbukay&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In fact for regular use, 4G or LTE is as good as 5G, although there is a speed difference, it could be insignificant for daily use.&amp;nbsp; Try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE first and see if it is better&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it does not work any better, try 5G ON&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and, any chance you are in Edmonton area? There is a wireless degradation alert there today&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I already tried switch networks I am Gatineau/ottawa. I swear it slows down so much it takes like 5 minutes to load a page or app. And then it also says in safari that iPhone does not have a connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The agent refreshed my network told me to reset iPhone network settings. It’s way better but still kinda slow but lots better faster than before EDIT: It actually didn’t help. I get slown down internet data randomly that lasts for hours. Then like 20 minutes fast data speeds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
