How often does PM change the subscription offers?

there is no set time. PM has been very stable with plans for years. In the last couple years, they have change plans quite often, but really no set time.

I have to say that I’m really impressed with PM right now! I was a loyal Rogers customer but the plans have become stupidly expensive over the past few years even if you go back after a break they only entice you back with a $50/$60 plan and you have to pay a lot more if you want decent amount of data

To be honest I was very sceptical about moving to PM but I’m so glad I did. I signed up to a basic plan and found a decent plan within a couple of weeks; I definitely recommend PM to my friends, colleagues etc.
