i HAVE LOST MY PHONE SO i CANT GET TO TWO IDENTIFACTION AND i ALSO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL ACCOUNT REG WITH PUBLIC MOBILE. i DO KNOW MY USER NAME AND PASSORD AND MY ACCOUNT NUMBER, HOW CAN i GET INTO TO RETRIVE MY SIM CARD TO KEEP MY SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER
