      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you Lost your number - account have been closed for whatever reason, you cannot get your old number back as it might be already assigned to another new customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just in case, open a ticket and ask agent to help you out. Your number might still be available.&lt;BR /&gt;Call your 'old' number and see if it is 'out of service' meaning available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;was the account just on hold or closed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;call 1855-4PUBLIC and enter the phone number, can the system find your number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it says the account just suspended, you can login My Account and pay to resume service.&amp;nbsp; But if the system cannot find the account, you will need to activate a new account and ask PM to help to re-assign back the number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
