When I try to log in, it says unauthorized, for security reason we can't log you in at this time.

Did you try to clear cache? You can drag the screen from the top of the page down to refresh.

Or try using a different browser.

Did you by any chance file a chargeback against them? You'd need to contact support to inquire.
