As a rule, Public Mobile policy is no refunds. In your case, rather than request a refund I'd ask Customer Support to credit the extra payment to whichever plan you wish to keep....but ask nicely !!

I ordered a $50 plan and an hour later changed to a $45 plan. How will I be charged? Will I be doubled charged or will the $50 one just be changed to $45?

Technically you will be charged for both of them. They do not refund or give prorated credits.

You can send a private message to ask. The normal ticketing system appears to be broken.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
