      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone shut off or service shut off?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings.&amp;nbsp; or ask PM to check.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
