      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/560183"&gt;@Nikshan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you still have active service now?&amp;nbsp; if so, you can still login My Account to turn the Autopay on again.&amp;nbsp; Login My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and enable "Subscribed"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have no service now, when you login My Account, you should see a pop up about the service is on hold and there should be a button to click to "pay and resume services now".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
