my device has not been able to use an e-sim and it does not have a physical sim. This has resulted in me having to purchase multiple e-sim's on Public Mobile. Is there a way I could get a refund?

Alternative; see if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area...they usually have the sims.

After you successfully activate your new account, message Customer Support and request credit to your new account for the esims you paid for.

edited spelling
