    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/598343"&gt;@Oscar9&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you make calls? can you receive incoming text? mobile data works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you just joined PM with roaming, that could be a incomplete port.&amp;nbsp; Put the old provider sim in a phone and test, if it works, then yes, porting was not done.&amp;nbsp; Open a ticket with PM and they can help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you are existing customer, and only voice calls are having problem, then it might be due to the recent VoLTE issue. Have you ensured to remove old carriers physical SIM card and replace with PM sim? If e-sim, make sure PM e-sim is set to primary. Try resetting network setting and reboot phone as well.
