    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I sent the information requested and my data is still not back today. It's extremely important that I have my phone for my work and I will need it by Monday. Is Public going to refund me when I am forced to buy a temporary SIM card and plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
