What do you mean?

You will RECEIVE 2FA from banks, PM, government, etc. What do you want to 'change'?

can you login My Account?

if you cannot get the 2FA to login My Account, you can click Didn't receive code and select Send email or Send Voice Message

After you able to login , you can update it by going to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID. You can change the phone number or email address (for email, it will change you login email address as well) . If you just want to use email to receive 2FA and not SMS, you can leave phone number blank in EverSafe ID page

Login into your account. Under profile section. Click on Manage Eversafe ID. You can change the 2FA phone number and email address.

what are you wanting to change ? Log in on the app, Account > scroll down to find Manage Login (Secured by Eversafe)...you can make some changes but not sure what you hope to accomplish.

I want to replace sms code with google authenticator. Can I do that.

the option is not there. PM system does not compatible with any authenticator app. So, only email and text and voice message

no carrier I know that use authenticator app for 2FA
