      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help!&lt;BR /&gt;I was able to get PUK Code from the support staff; however, the code for some reason did not work. After multiple tries, we decided the best course of action was to get a new eSIM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Because the phone was effectively locked up without the PUK code, making it impossible to access Public Mobile app to add a new eSIM, we basically entered wrong PUK codes 10 times to permanently void the eSIM. Afterwards, we were able to unlock the device using device PIN, and proceeded to add a new eSIM&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/598207"&gt;@Cuschimu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;test your sim card on another phone.&amp;nbsp; if the sim works on another phone, then it shows that is NOT the SIM PUK you are looking for.&amp;nbsp; Since it is not the sim card PUK code,&amp;nbsp; it is correc that the PUK code you got from PM won't work.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In such case, you might want to contact Samsung for the Samsung master code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(and alternative way to confirm that it is not the sim card PUK you need, you can test using another working sim from a friend and put into the Samsung phone.&amp;nbsp; If you still get a PUK error, then it further confirm that you need to call Samsung for a master code to unlock)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
