      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM support is only by email - direct message.&lt;BR /&gt;You have to open a ticket through chatbot and wait for agent to get back to you. Monitor your mail box at Community site - top right corner, envelope icon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or just no voice?&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did you try Reset Network settings on your phone?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Didyou try your sim on another phone?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need PM to help instead, they have no phone number to call, you need to open ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)
